Who We Are
FlowOps was started by Chirag Savani, a Computer Programming & Analysis graduate with hands-on experience building workflow automation tools, Python applications, reporting systems, and process improvement solutions for real organizational needs.
The goal is simple: understand how your team currently works, identify the repetitive steps, and build a solution that saves time without making your operation more complicated.
FlowOps is ideal for small businesses, educational departments, nonprofits, and growing teams that need custom software but do not want a large, expensive IT project.
What We Do
Every solution is built around your actual workflow, not a generic template.
Automate repetitive steps such as approvals, data movement, status updates, task tracking, and reminders.
Build internal desktop or web-style tools for tracking, searching, organizing, and managing information.
Convert spreadsheet work into automated data cleaning, calculations, reports, summaries, and exports.
Create automatic email notifications, reminders, and status-based communication directly from your data.
Replace disconnected files with structured storage, searchable records, cleaner data, and easier access.
Review your current workflow, identify wasted effort, and rebuild it as a faster digital process.
How It Works
We discuss your current process, pain points, files, spreadsheets, and repetitive tasks. The goal is to understand the real problem before writing code.
You receive a clear feature list, timeline, and practical development plan before work begins. No confusing technical language.
The tool is developed, tested with sample data, and improved based on your feedback so it matches the way your team works.
You receive the final solution, basic documentation, and training so your team can use it confidently after delivery.
Experience & Projects
